By Rogerio "Rato" Marczak

As mentioned before, all models are in 1/32 scale unless noted.

PROPS

Some nice models were displayed in miscellaneous tables, like this nice Hasegawa Frank, in the triathlon table:

A nicely done Special Hobby F3A-2 Image 03 Image 04 Image 05 Image 06

A Trumpeter F4U-1A conversion. I expected to see more of these...

Image 07 Image 08 Image 09

... as well as their Dauntless

Image 10 Image 11

But the venerable Revell (Matchbox) SBD was present too

Image 12

Hasegawa Spit

Image 13 Image 14

The Hasegawa T-bolt was also present in good number. In NMF

... or camouflaged

Image 17 Image 18

... or simply in OD

Image 19

And this was the only Trumpeter T-bolt on the tables

Image 20

Big, big Spit - a rarely seen Spit V with floats (Trumpeter 1/24)

Image 21

The new Hasegawa P-40K, the first time I see one of these in person

Image 22 Image 23

A nice P-51 with the Malcom Hood canopy

Image 24

This was a nice Trumpeter Hellcat dio on the junior's table

Image 25 Image 26

These two Ki-61 were the only in the contest area, both from Hasegawa

Image 27 Image 28 Image 29 Image 30

Two Hasegawa Stukas, both in Rudel's markings

Image 31 Image 32 Image 33

But the old Revell is still around. This was had a well done winter cammo

Image 34

Surprisingly, the number of 1/32 Fw-190s was very small, contrary to the 1/48 scale

Image 35 Image 36 Image 37

This is the new Eduard Emil, another first to me

Image 38 Image 39 Image 40 Image 41

And a bunch of its Hasegawa cousins

Image 42 Image 43 Image 44

And these were 1/24, if I recall correctly

Image 45 Image 46

Another interesting entry was the old Bandai George in 1/24

Image 47

The Revell Bf 110 in 1/32 (there was no Dragon's on display...)

Image 48

A couple of Azur entries, this beautiful I-16

Image 49

and an interesting Bloch (you gotta love these French aircraft)

Image 50

This one is a fine Tamiya Zero
