Grey Matter Figures | Replacement Tires for Tamiya's 1/32 P-51D

Jerry Rutman helps us out again by patterning replacement diamond tread tires for the Tamiya Mustang and offering them for sale through Grey Matter Figures.
The tires are a direct replacement for the Tamiya soft rubber tires and utilize the kit supplied hubs. These tires are nicely flattened with a slight bulge for very realistic “weighted” look. They are slightly wider than the kit provided units and in my opinion, look closer to scale.
I found them to be a perfect fit on my recent build of this kit.
The tires are available through Grey Matter Figures and sell for £4.56 a set.
