Aeropoxy 1/32 Rogozarski IK-3

By Nenad Miklusev

Please find attached few pictures of my latest finished kits, resin AEROPOXY IK-3 kits, in two colour schemes, overal gray from first series production batch and one in Luftwaffe Rechlin test centre "Imaginar" colours.

AEROPOXY resin kits of Rogozarski IK-3 were temporary out of production, but as a kit producer, I save few kits for myself and build it for my collection. Two of them were finished and third is still in the work, waiting for final three tone paint scheme in Royal Yugoslav Air Force markings.

Overall gray Rogozarski IK-3 presents first delivered series produced plane, December 1939, with large "Kosovo cross" insignias on wings.

Imaginar Luftwaffe tested Rogozarski IK-3 in Rechlin test centre paint manner, with yellow undersurface and tail. At least one IK-3 was transferred to Germany on April 1941, together with Ikarus Orkan bomber and Beslin B5 experimental fighter. Fate of these planes is unknown.

Both kits were made straight from the box, using airbrushing masks for insignia and serials.

More data, drawings, schemes and pictures, LSP site readers could find at IK-3 website.
