Wingnut Wings 1/32nd Pfalz D.IIIa

Here are the final pictures of my Pfalz D.IIIa 5895/17, Franz Hailer, Jasta 29, Late 1917- Early 1918.

This was a kit I had been searching for for the longest time - so I'm happy to finally have it built and on my shelf.

I did some extra work on the interior including adding control lines, modifying the seat and adding extra details to the engine.

For the exterior I cut the engine cowlings and added rivets to make it more visible. Propeller is Quinta decals.

Rigging was done with 1/48 Gaspatch C-Type turnbuckles and Modelkasten rigging line.
