Trumpeter 1/32 P-47D Razorback

This is my 1/32 Trumpeter P-47D-22 RE (s/n 42-26249) named “Kansas Tornado” flown by Lt. Howard J. Curran of the 510th FS 405th FG in Picauville -France September 1944.

The cockpit was modified with an Eduard instrument panel and seat belts.

Other additions are:

• Quickboost engine set
• Eduard wheel set
• Hasegawa's Hamilton Std propeller
• Barracudacals decal set

I used Alclad metallizers for the painting.
