Hasegawa 1/32 Bf 109K-4
By Jay Howard
I figured I had better finish up some of the Hasegawa K-4s I had started a while ago since I probably wouldn't want to after the Kotare K-4 comes out.
This is a very well documented K-4 in the second JaPo K-4 book with pictures of both sides. I tried to get as close as I could to what was shown. Note the Revi gunsight. They were able to be rotated 90 degrees for better forward vision when not needed, like takeoff or landing.
This one has all the usual aftermarket stuff I throw at these things including MDC cockpit, RBP belts, Master barrels and pitot tube, G-factor gear legs, Quickboost exhaust, and a bunch of BarracudaCast resin: wheels, supercharger intake, prop and spinner, and oil cooler housing. It was riveted with a beading tool.
I used Mr. Color and MRP paint. Eagle Editions decals provided the markings.
