Special Hobby 1/32 Whirlwind

Here is my last build, a nice kit for a nice plane.

This kit is really cool to assemble. I deepened the engraving and redid all the riveting which is quite light on the kit, otherwise everything else is quite easy to build.

The weathering and chipping was inspired by a photo of the real plane which was heavily chipped.

I took a photo of the Whirlwind with a Bearcat to compare the sizes of the aircraft.
