This is the Hasegawa 1/32nd P-47D-25 with the markings of 42-26418 flown by Lt Col. Francis Gabreski from 61 FS, 56 FG, 8AF based at Boxten, England in July, 1944.

Cockpit has been enhanced by the MDC cockpit set, with an Eduard instrument panel and seat belts.

I have used the front part of an Aires engine set with magnetos from spare parts from a Trumpeter kit.
