Eduard 1/32 Bf 109E-1

I would like to present my Bf 109E-1 from the 9/JG 26 flown by Artur Beese in August 1940 the yellow „11“. The Kit is from Eduard No 3001 profipack Edition. I encountered fitting problems especially at the nose section and engine cowlings. Besides the mentioned problems the fit was good. The plastic is very soft the surface details are beautifully represented.

The decals are out of box went on without problems and are very thin. For painting I used MR Hobby. Weathering with pre-aftershading and the salt technique around the fuselage.

All in all a kit which I underestimated. After open the box and reading the instructions it looked like a straight forward build. Take your time with dry fitting.
