Trumpeter 1/32 A-4 Skyhawk

Trumpeter 1/32 A-4. There is nothing else I can say about the kit that has not already been said. I used AMS resin intakes, seat, and wheels. I reshaped the vertical a bit...it seemed to square. I altered the exhaust/oil dump port on the fuselage, The kit represents the port but they had it the wrong shape and too small. My correction is not perfect but I thought it looked better. I threw some photo etch in the cockpit. The kit supplied HUD frame was to wide for the glass. I had cut a new piece of glass to fit the kit supplied frame. Markings were a combination of CAP 32001 "West Pac Scooters" and a Hasegawa kit sheet. I went this route as my brother built a Lady Jessie Bird directly from 32001. Weapons were from the spares box.Paint was mostly Mr. Color with some Tamiya, Testors, and Floquil to round it out.
