Da Vinci's Flying Machine

Here are some images of Incunabula Museum Series il volo instrumentale Da Vinci's Flying Machine. There's no mention of a scale in the instructions or on the box that I can see. It has a three foot wingspan. I just took a measurement of the pilot area of which a figure would I would guesstimate to be about 8 inches tall, which would make it about 1/9 scale.
