Hasegawa 1/32 N1K2-J
By John Bardwell
I decided to finish this one as one of the several that were repainted with US markings and brought to the US. I have always thought these particular a/c were interesting and a bit unusual. The only after market I added are the FineMolds seat belts. Otherwise it's out of the box and was a fun build. The paint chipping and peeling technique were new to me and a great learning experience. Paints used were Alclad and Gunze lacquer with AK Interactive Heavy Chipping Fluid. The interior was painted with White Ensign paint.
