Eduard Brassin | 632049 Lewis Mk.II WW1 gun

Reviewed by Iain Ogilvie

Here we have a rather nice pair of Lewis Guns, in Mk II form, that can be used with a wide variety of First World War, as well as Post War subjects.

Resin

The main components are this set are cleanly cast in light grey resin and are superbly detailed, with separate firing handles, ammo drums (including spares), cocking levers, sights (in PE) and muzzle. The casting in my example are superb, but I do have one of the muzzle parts that's come off it's pour block in transit.

Etched Brass

A small photo-eched sheet of brass is provided for the main sights.

Instructions

Eduard's usual clear and concise instructions with colour call outs.

Conclusion

Another high quality addition to Eduard's Brassin range that has a huge range of applications.
